Jimmy Kimmel Will Voice Batman In Teen Titans Go! to the Movies

Just days after the latest trailer made its way online, it has now been revealed that none other than talk show host Jimmy Kimmel will voice Batman in the animated movie Teen Titans Go! To the Movies.

Kimmel announced this news on Twitter, whilst simultaneously taking a shot at Will Arnett, who voices Batman in the Lego movies but will be playing the villain Deathstroke in Teen Titans Go! to the Movies.

Although he’s best known as the host of the late night talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live!, this isn’t Kimmel’s first foray into the world of cinema. He’s made cameo appearances as himself in a wide range of movies including Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Ted 2, and also voiced a character in last year’s Oscar nominated Dreamworks flick The Boss Baby.

The addition of Kimmel is a further indication that Teen Titans Go! To the Movies is shaping up to have one hell of a cast. Kristen Bell, Scott Menville, Greg Cipes, Lil Yachty, Khary Payton, and of course, Nicolas Cage as Superman. It was also recently announced that the singer Halsey will voice Wonder Woman.

Directed by Peter Rida Michail and Aaron Horvath, the film will open in the US on July 27, and in the UK on August 3. If you want to know how Batman will look in the film, you can catch a glimpse of him in the trailer below. His costume appears to be based on how it looked in the 1992 animated series.
