Home Sweet Home Comes To PSVR In May

It's a horror game, so the name is a bit misleading.

Home Sweet Home

Home Sweet Home, a horror game based on Thai lore, is set to launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR on May 31st, publisher and developer Mastiff has announced.

We’ve seen a lot of VR horror games in our time, but this one actually looks terrifying. It follows a recent widower after he wakes up in a strange house that is not his own.

The PS4 announcement trailer is below.

“The first in a series of terrifying first-person stealth horror games, Home Sweet Home throws players into a dark and twisted labyrinth, where a miasma of fear fills the air, dread bleeds through cracks in the ceiling and seeps down through broken floorboards, and anxiety grows stronger with every step.

“After a long night filled with mourning and sorrow over the recent disappearance of his wife, Tim awakens to find himself in a strange, dilapidated building instead of the comfort of his own home. Confused, he must avoid deadly spirits, solve perplexing puzzles, and unveil sinister secrets while desperately searching for his wife and a way out. There is a dark secret casting a shadow over this domain…and without question, it’s no longer the happy home that it once was.”

Home Sweet Home currently has a very positive rating on Steam from 1013 reviews at this time of writing. Will you be picking it up?
