If you thought yesterday’s announcement about the newest additions to the backwards compatibility library weren’t enough, this might please you. Xbox have announced that eight new games will be joining the Xbox Game Pass subscription service. Check out the tweet from Major Nelson below:

The eight games that’ll be included practically cover the spectrum of what gaming can offer. If you want a strategy game, check out Halo Wars 2, whilst RPG fans will be satisfied with Fable: Anniversary and Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition. Heck, you could even get reacquainted with the Fable series before the reported Fable game that’s in development comes out.
With over 100 games, Xbox Game Pass is great way to bolster your library of games quickly, for a reasonable price to boot. Are you currently a subscriber? Are you happy with these additions? Sound off in the comments below.
If you think that Xbox Game Pass sounds like a Payne, maybe you’d like to check out our retrospective on the Max Payne series. Yes, I’m aware of how much of a stretch that segue is.
