Rockstar has announced the Los Santos Summer Special for GTA Online will land on Tuesday, August 11th, bringing with it a tonne of new missions, vehicles and modes.
Those who own a Galaxy Super Yacht will receive a whole new set of missions that can be played with three friends, ranging from races to deep-sea diving.
New Business Battles will also be available in GTA Online, this time in the glitz and glamour of the The Diamond Casino & Resort. Take part in Adversary Modes as part of the Los Santos Summer Special.
The racing-obsessed will also be able to pick up new vehicles from auto websites, over a dozen new vehicles, to be exact. Off-roaders, tunable sports cars and a whole bunch more will be available, which can all be tested out in new Open Wheel Races.
Rockstar also divulged that there will be a lot of bug fixes and general updates, which may involve extra steps to clamp down on hackers.
This is quite the content push considering how jaded the GTA Online community were with the state of the game in early 2020, though that had a lot to do with “The Event” that’s going on in the world.
The biggest is yet to come, though. Heists will make a return later in 2020 with more info to be revealed down the line.
GTA Online is currently available as part of GTA V on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360.
