Also, Jon Bernthal, which is good for anyone disappointed that The Punisher got cancelled.

Ghost Recon

Ubisoft have revealed that Ghost Recon Wildlands will be getting a free weekend on all available platforms (PC, PS4 and Xbox One), allowing players to experience the squad based third person shooter from May 2nd and May 5th. Full details of times per platform can be found here.

PC and PS4 are currently able to pre-load the game in preparation for tomorrow, and as is usually the case with free weekends of this nature, all progress made will carry over to the full game should you make the purchase. Furthermore, the game will be discounted by up to 70% on all platforms for a limited time.

The free weekend coincides with a new free update, Operation Oracle, a two mission narrative arc that introduces a new character of Cole D. Walker, a Ghost Team Leader on the hunt for the truth. He’s also played by Jon Bernthal, so you’ll be able to do your best impressions of The Punisher or Shane from The Walking Dead as you play. Will you be playing Ghost Recon Wildlands this weekend? Let us know in the comments.
