Petals’ Cress is a helmet that is available on Iki island in Ghost of Tsushima.
Petals’ Caress can be found shortly after you land on the island itself, to the south of Raider’s Promonotory.
A yellow bird should direct you to the helmet when you are in the area; climb up the steps in the giant rock and then claim the Petals’ Caress from a box beneath a tree.
Like other helmets in the game, Petals’ Caress doesn’t have any gameplay uses and is instead merely cosmetic.
