As we head towards unlocking the Snowfall skin in Fortnite Season 7, those who have somehow already dusted off their challenges for Week 6 will be able to grab themselves a Battle Banner, which, let’s be fair, isn’t as good as unlocking a Battle Star.
Still, if it’s free stuff and total completion you want, the Week 6 Loading Screen doesn’t exactly wait around to show you where to go. Here it is below; see if you can find it for yourself without my guidance.
It’s not exactly coy about where the Battle Banner is and even has balloons above to draw attention to the location. Here it is circled just in case you haven’t been able to spot it yet.
Anyone familiar with the desert area of the Fortnite map will know immediately where to go. The loot haven known as the Mexican town has a shrine of sorts just to the south of it on a hill that you can reach either by building up to it, landing directly on it, or by taking a zipline. Word of warning, though: unless there’s a chest up on the shrine, expect to die pretty quickly.
Here’s the location, which you can find at H10.
Simply get on up there and claim your Battle Banner in the centre of the shrine and enjoy something that nobody pays any attention to anyway.
Incidentally, this is a great Loading Screen. Onesie, who is somehow tied up with Durr Burger is seen gesturing to the player with other skins loitering around and eating. There is also, however, the Tomatohead man leering on with apparent jealousy and suspicion up in the top left.
You need to complete all of your challenges for the sixth week of Fortnite Season 7 to unlock this Battle Banner. Here’s a general walkthrough and also how you can slide an Ice Puck over 150m in a single throw.
