The Prop-Ifier is a new item added during a hotfix for Fortnite v17.30 that continues to tie in with the sci-fi theme of Season 7. It may well be the last new item we get until Season 8.
The Prop-Ifier works similarly to the mechanic from Season X in which you could crouch and turn into a prop in what used to be Paradise Palms. However, whereas that was random, the Prop-Ifier will turn you into a prop of your choosing.

Fortnite Season 7 Prop-Ifier Location
The Prop-Ifier isn’t an Exotic or even all that extraordinary of a Rare item, meaning that it can be found pretty much everywhere on the Fortnite map.
The Prop-Ifier spawns in all kinds of chests, but can also be found on Abductors, the Mothership, and is also sold by certain NPCs (who are also aliens) for around 600 Gold Bars.

How The Prop-Ifier Works
The Prop-Ifier is a bit of an unusual item and shouldn’t be considered a weapon, as it doesn’t do any damage to players.
Once it’s in your inventory, you can swap through various different props in specific categories, such as props that belong in suburban interiors and so on. This is to help you find a prop that best suits your surroundings.
When you find the right prop, just press your shoot button and you should transform into the prop. There are 15 different props to change into in total.
Note that shooting or changing weapons will deactivate the prop; you can’t attack anyone while using the Prop-Ifier.
