This challenge is essentially the same challenge from the first slew of Overtime challenges that asked you to search Ammo Boxes and Chests in an RV Park or Motel. The same rules apply as last time, except we have a single location to search instead of two. The good news though, is the current creation at ‘The Block’ (Aril_Lian1’s), is quite sizeable, spawning numerous ammo boxes throughout it. This makes the competition a little less fierce as there are more total resources to go around over a bigger area.
Chests are, as always, quite easy to find by ear, but ammo boxes (especially with the fact this location cycles every so often) are much more difficult to locate. Remember, like chests, ammo boxes do not spawn in the same location every match. Their spawns are preset locations, but it is not guaranteed you will find one in that specific location in every match. One thing that did strike me as different to the original version of this challenge is that the ammo boxes did seem to spawn in their designated locations much more frequently than a normal map location. This might be due to the fact it’s a player made creation, which follows different rules.
You will need to open seven chests/ammo boxes in total to finish this challenge. It can be done over as many games as is necessary to finish it, which will be quite a few if you have company. Which with how popular these challenges have turned out to be, is almost a guarantee. All the ammo box spawns we’ve found are circled in red.
The Block Ammo Box Locations
As you can see, there are a lot more spawns than the previous version of the challenge, so this one should be a lot easier than the last to get finished. All of them are in their respective buildings, or on top of the watchtowers. The only one that is slightly tricky to find is the one inside the tank, which you will find inside to the left elevated about a single wall high. It’ll be in plain sight.
