It’s been a pretty good start for Fortnite: Chapter 5 so far, with the brand new map at least being liked enough by most of its players. However, every chapter starts off with a more basic map before each subsequent season add more craziness, and that’s exactly what we’re getting with the map at the launch of Chapter 5 – Season 2.

Season 2 will bring with it two distinct new biomes.

One in the northwest with plenty of what seems like decay that will house Hades’ Underworld and Grim Gate:

And then down in the southeast you have Mount Olympus within a more sandy biome, with Brawler’s Battleground just below that.

Returning POIs include Restored Reels, Rebel’s Roost, Reckless Railways, Pleasant Piazza, Fencing Fields, Snooty Steppes, Grand Glacier, Classy Courts, and Lavish Lair.

What do you think of the new map so far?

Here’s a list of the major new POIs coming to the game in Season 2.

– Mount Olympus
– Grim Gate
– The Underworld
– Brawler’s Battleground

Here are some of the brand new landmarks, too:

– Charon’s Crossing
– Pantheon Path

There are quite a few large additions to the map this season, one of the largest being, you know, the whole Underworld thing. This is Hades’ domain, and can be found near Grim Gate, which is also near to where you can find Cerberus.
