Fortnite: Where To Find The Black Panther POI (Panther’s Prowl)

For anyone worried that Fortnite: Chapter 2 – Season 4’s map didn’t change things enough, it seems as if Epic have had a plan up their sleeves all along. Following the addition of Ant Manor yesterday, we now have a Black Panther POI in the game by the name of Panther’s Prowl.

Just like the Ant-Man POI, however, Panther’s Prowl seems to have a random chance of appearing. It’s unclear if this is intentional on Epic’s part, but it’s weird either way. If you just want to check it out, drop into Battle Lab as it will spawn there 100% of the time.

Here’s everything you need to know about Panther’s Prowl in Fortnite, including where you can find it and where its chests spawn.

 

Fortnite Panther’s Prowl Map Location

Panther’s Prowl can be found directly to the west of Misty Meadows in the E7 quadrant of the Fortnite map. If you need a bit more direction, all these Marvel POIs seem to have a orange ring around them.

It’s actually off the ground and is like a small floating island, similarly to Ant Manor. You can build up to Panther’s Prowl to access it, but your best bet is probably to land right on top of it.

There are also a couple of rift spawns around the POI, just in case you need to get out of there quickly.

 

Fortnite Panther’s Prowl Chest Spawns

Panther’s Prowl is actually quite weak for loot with only three chest spawns in total. As chest spawns are random this season, it might not be the best place to land if you want good loot.

Here’s where you can find each chest in Panther’s Prowl.

The first and most obvious chest at the POI can be found in the jaws of the giant panther statue. You can access it normally by jumping on its left paw, though it might be easier just to build.

The second chest is also a little hard to miss. Check under the tiny arch to the south of the POI and there will be a high chance of a chest spawning.

The final chest is actually kind of hidden. You can find it on the left side of the POI within the bush nearer the back of the location.

Judging from what we’ve seen over the last couple of days, the beacons dotted around the Fortnite map look like they will be bringing some pretty large changes for the foreseeable future. Stay tuned over the coming days and weeks, it’s likely that the map will be drastically different.
