Following this week’s eventful episode of AEW Dynamite, the guys and girls behind the scenes have lined up an impressive bunch of former WWE and current Impact Wrestling stars that will headline next week’s instalment. One of the show’s main events will put the ROH Women’s division in the spotlight when the current and interim ROH Women’s Champions will do battle to determine which wrestler will continue on the official lineage. Former NXT stars Deonna Purrazzo and Mercedes Martinez will vie in what will likely be the main-event of Dynamite, considering that the ROH Television Championship headlined a recent episode when Samoa Joe battled Minoru Suzuki.

Elsewhere on the card, MJF has employed the services of W. Morrissey, the artist formerly known as Big Cass, to be the next mountainous challenge for his former ally, Wardlow. Although this hasn’t been officially confirmed nor has he been addressed by name, MJF left plenty of not-so-subtle hints about Morrissey being featured on next week’s show, citing his former catchphrase ‘You can’t teach that’ which he famously used alongside Enzo Amore in WWE.

Whichever way you look at it, these are three big gets for AEW, who are riding on a wave of momentum following the announcement of the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in June as well as CM Punk’s confirmed championship main-event at Double or Nothing.
