FIFA 16: EA Sports Reveal Full Soundtrack

FIFA 16

Despite our relatively lukewarm reception to FIFA 16 so far, we can all agree that the series is always packed to the brim with a pretty set of songs on its soundtrack. And usually Kasabian too.

There’s no room for the Manchester band this time, though. EA Sports have revealed the full soundtrack to FIFA 16 and it’s about as varied as you’d expect with the songs you know and love, tunes that will probably be hits down the line and odd continental noises that you always skip because they confuse you.

Compared to PES 2016’s paltry 13 tracks, FIFA 16 has a mighty 41 that includes artists like John Newman (who seems like he’s sustaining a career off of his songs being licensed for sports games), Disclosure, Foals and Bastille. With how much of a bastard the tiled menus are to navigate at times, having some ear-worthy music to pass the time with definitely makes the whole thing less painful.

You can pick up FIFA 16 on 22 September on Playstation 4, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC (but you should buy PES instead this year, just saying).
