Fallout 76 Announced, More To Be Revealed At E3 2018 [UPDATED]

Fallout 76

After teasing a new game in the Fallout series, Bethesda have announced Fallout 76 with…another tease.

Fallout 76 is billed as the next game from Bethesda Game Studios, but its status as an entirely new Fallout entry has yet to be revealed. Judging from the glimpses shown in its teaser trailer, it’s looking rather visually similar to Fallout 4.

In Fallout lore, Vault 76 has been referenced often, even as recently in Fallout 4. It’s been shrouded in mystery in the canon, but Fallout 76 looks like it may shine a light on it in a big way. We know that is was due to open 20 years after Armageddon and should house up to 500 civilians, but that’s about it.

We’ll find out more when Fallout 76 takes to the E3 2018 stage at the #BE3 Showcase on June 10th at 6:30pm PT, when a Switch version of Fallout 3 will presumably also be announced to coincide with its tenth birthday. Until then, let’s analyse every single frame of the teaser.
