Fortnite Season 8 is right around the corner, and Epic are continuing their daily teasers on what we can expect, this time out with a snake and another little clue. I thought I had an idea yesterday, but this has thrown me off slightly.
The teaser in question is a snake set against a similar backdrop to yesterday’s with another limerick of sorts.

So you can assume that caves will be part of Fortnite Season 8, potentially those that have high value loot in. Waves fits in with the pirate theme, but I am just a little perplexed about the cobra being featured as well. Surely they won’t add animals in? Will it be as part of a black bling? Or maybe some weird LTM? Does the “fiery” colouring of these teasers have anything to do with The Prisoner? I honestly have no idea, which is part of what makes this upcoming season so fascinating.
There are three days to go until Fortnite Season 8, expect another teaser tomorrow at 3PM GMT.
UPDATE: Donald Mustard, the sneaky sausage that he is, also tweeted out a picture of an egg, suggesting the eggs found in Polar Peak have hatched into these snakes. Actually, might these be basilisks?
