Dragon Quest and Smash Bros are collaborating, as The Hero from Dragon Quest XI, which will soon be available on the Nintendo Switch, is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s next DLC character. Check out the reveal trailer below.
Of course, the Hero won’t be alone, as he will be joined by the protagonists from other games in the series too, though the trailer doesn’t make it clear whether or not these extra characters will be alternate costumes or full blown echo fighters. Either way, the second DLC character in the Fighter Pass is another Sword character. Unless you’re a Dragon Quest fan, you might be a little disappointed.
