Destroy All Humans 2! – Reprobed: S.K.A.T.E. Achievements & Trophies Guide

Pretending I'm a superman.

Destroy All Humans! 2
Destroy All Humans! 2

One of the best parts of the first Destroy All Humans! remake was the S.K.A.T.E. ability, which allowed you to dash around the level at higher speeds than usual. Naturally, Black Forest Games have ensured that the feature is still available in Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed, and they’ve even added a few achievements/trophies for using the ability on each level. Here’s how to unlock the S.K.A.T.E. achievements/trophies in Destroy All Humans! 2, including If You Know What I Mean, To Russia With Love, Path Of The Furon, Trans-Siberian Express, and Steezy Down The Spine.

Essentially, players will have to use the S.K.A.T.E. ability to go from one section of the map to another “without interruption”. This means that you can’t stop using the ability for anything, and one of the most common interruptions comes from jumping. If you jump while using S.K.A.T.E., you’ll often trigger your jetpack, which cancels S.K.A.T.E. entirely. You’ll need to complete all these trophies without jumping, basically.

Another tip specifically for console and controller players that’ll help complete some of the trickier achievements/trophies is to hold your controller in a way where you’re pressing B/circle with your middle finger, while using your index finger to control your camera. Using the left and right analogue sticks in combination while using S.K.A.T.E. allows for tighter turns, which’ll be important for the difficult challenges.

If you want to see the routes we take to complete these achievements/trophies, we’ve included videos and some handy notes to ensure you can’t go wrong.

DAH 2 S.K.A.T.E. Achievements and Trophies

If You Know What I Mean

S.K.A.T.E. up the road to Coit Tower without interruption.

Coit Tower can be found on the southern end of Bay City. Even further south, there’s a crossroads, with a northern road going uphill towards the tower. You’ll want to use S.K.A.T.E. from that crossroads, then head north and follow the winding path up to Coit Tower. As these achievements go, this is by far the easiest.

To Russia With Love

S.K.A.T.E. from Parliament to the Russian embassy without interruption.

You can tell where Parliament is via Big Ben, which can be found on the Western side of the Albion map. From here, you’ll want to use S.K.A.T.E. to travel to the Russian embassy, which can be found at the very north of the map, northeast from Parliament. A good way to get there while avoiding some big obstacles is to take the southern road going east, cut through Hyde Park and head north. Go through the gate at the northern end of Hyde Park and you’re basically there.

Path Of The Furon

S.K.A.T.E. from the temple gates through the park to Takoshima City without interruption.

The temple is located towards the southeast of Takoshima, with the main gate facing west towards the city. This one is a little bit tricky compared to the previous two because it doesn’t really specify which park you’re supposed to travel through. After heading through the gate, you could feasibly argue that there’s park on the left and right, as well as straight ahead.

Once you’ve gone through the temple gates, immediately head right through the car park then travel over the pond. Then, hang towards the left as much as you can until you come across a path of torii gates, the red structures you’d find around Japan that lead towards shrines. At the other end of the path is a small beach, with stairs up to the city on the other end. As soon as you’ve climbed those stairs, the achievement/trophy is yours.

Trans-Siberian Express

S.K.A.T.E. from the landing zone near Tarkovskoye along the tracks to the East without interruption.

Tunguska’s S.K.A.T.E. achievement/trophy, Trans-Siberian Express is probably the biggest nightmare you’ll face on this journey, but not because it’s hard. In fact, there’s probably the least amount of obstacles on this path compared to all of the others. What makes it so difficult is that the description is so vague that it’s hard to know where you’re meant to begin or end. We can only relay what worked for us, and hope it’ll work for you.

The Tarkovskoye landing zone is the most northwestern landing zone in Tunguska, but our attempts to complete this achievement using S.K.A.T.E. directly from the landing zone didn’t work. Instead, follow the tracks northwest until they intersect with the road, then turn around and follow the tracks as they move through Tarkovskoye. Keep going until you reach the end of the map barrier on the north eastern side of the map, and the achievement/trophy should be yours.

We haven’t been able to test this theory, but it’s also possible that the achievement/trophy requires you to stay on the rails throughout the journey, meaning it’ll be rendered void if you stray too far from the tracks. Try to keep Crypto between the two metal rails at all times when going for this challenge and you should be okay.

Steezy Down The Spine

S.K.A.T.E. from the Blisk dome to the base’s entrance without interruption.

Located on the Solaris Moon Base, the final map in Destroy All Humans! 2, Steezy Down The Spine is actually one of the easier achievements of the lot, so long as you know where you’re going. The Blisk alien race have taken over the entire western portion of the map, with the dome located at the north end. There’s actually two dome-like structures, so to be safe, start your journey from the northern one.

For the most part, the path is straight from north to south, until you take a ramp downwards after going through the second dome-like structure. Once you’ve taken the ramp downhill, take a 90 degree left-turn downhill, and you should see a bridge to your right. Hop over the bridge, head past the big green mound of eggs to the wall at the back and there should be a natural ramp on the left leading up out of the Blisk Base. As soon as the air stops looking green, you should have your achievement/trophy.

Destroy All Humans! 2 is available on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X & S.
