It’s not currently clear whether Death Stranding on PC will be a Steam release or an Epic Games Store exclusive, though knowing Kojima, it’ll probably get a launcher of its own called the Strand Store, for all your Death Stranding and yarn needs.
While the idea of a PC release of Death Stranding is exciting in and of itself, the real reason to get excited is for the inevitable tidal wave of mods that’ll follow the game’s release. Personally, I can’t wait to see the main character remodeled as Macho Man Randy Savage, cradling a baby Thomas The Tank Engine. If anything, it probably won’t make the game any more or less weird.
