Dead By Daylight is a multiplayer horror sensation that’s still got years of fun to come, but it can also be very grindy when it comes to unlocks. Everything is governed by Bloodpoints, which you can earn from doing well in matches, though with how skilled the playerbase is and how long it takes to complete the average match, as well as how many different characters there are to upgrade, it might take quite a while. Luckily for you, there are usually free Bloodpoints you can add to your account by redeeming codes that are sporadically released by the game’s developers.
Here’s all the Bloodpoints you can get for free in Dead By Daylight, as well as how to redeem the codes themselves.

Active Dead By Daylight Free Bloodpoints Codes
Here are all of the codes for free Bloodpoints in Dead By Daylight that are currently active as of May 12th, 2023.
69 Bloodpoints for free. Nice.
Bear in mind that some codes may be case sensitive.
We will be updating this list when new codes are released and when others also expire. Please note this list is just for Bloodpoints, not free cosmetics that are also sometimes released.
How To Redeem Codes In Dead By Daylight
Redeeming codes in Dead By Daylight couldn’t be easier, but the first thing to remember is that it’s all done in-game, not on a platform storefront. If you’re having trouble redeeming DBD codes on the PlayStation Store, for instance, that might be why. The process is the same across all versions of DBD and must be done in-game.
Once in-game, head on over to the store, which should be situated in the top right of the main menu screen. Find ‘Redeem Code‘ in the top right and then enter your code. You should hear some kind of feedback, and then the Bloodpoints will be in your account, all for free.
Bear in mind that DBD only has limited cross-progression on PC between Steam and EGS. If you’re playing DBD on multiple platforms, you will have to enter the codes each time you play elsewhere. Dead By Daylight Mobile is also a separate entity to the OG DBD that has its own set of codes and unlocks.
How Do Bloodpoints Work in Dead By Daylight?
Bloodpoints are used in Dead By Daylight’s Bloodweb, basically the game’s progression system for both Killers and Survivors.
In the Bloodweb, players spend Bloodpoints to unlock new Nodes, each either with some kind of Perk or Item. Once players unlock enough Nodes, they will then reach a new level and a new “layer” of the Bloodweb will be available.
With each character having a different Bloodweb to work through, you’re going to need to spend a lot of Bloodpoints in Dead By Daylight to unlock everything the game has to offer.
Dead By Daylight is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and Switch.
