Dead By Daylight is a multiplayer horror sensation that’s still got years of fun to come, but it can also be very grindy when it comes to unlocks. Luckily for you, there are usually free Bloodpoints you can add to your account by redeeming codes that are sporadically released by the game’s developers.

Here’s all the Bloodpoints you can get for free in Dead By Daylight, as well as how to redeem the codes themselves.

How To Redeem Codes In Dead By Daylight

Redeeming codes in Dead By Daylight couldn’t be easier, but the first thing to remember is that it’s all done in-game, not on a platform storefront. If you’re having trouble redeeming DBD codes on the PlayStation Store, for instance, that might be why.

Once in-game, head on over to the store, which should be situated in the top right of the main menu screen. Find ‘Redeem Code‘ in the top right and then enter your code. You should hear some kind of feedback, and then the Bloodpoints will be in your account, all for free.

How Do Bloodpoints Work in Dead By Daylight?

Bloodpoints are used in Dead By Daylight’s Bloodweb, basically the game’s progression system for both Killers and Survivors.

In the Bloodweb, players spend Bloodpoints to unlock new Nodes, each either with some kind of Perk or Item. Once players unlock enough Nodes, they will then reach a new level and a new “layer” of the Bloodweb will be available.

With each character having a different Bloodweb to work through, you’re going to need to spend a lot of Bloodpoints in Dead By Daylight to unlock everything the game has to offer.

Dead By Daylight is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, and Switch.
