The second official trailer for No Time To Die has just been released, to remind the fans that the film will still be making its premiere this year. The gang is teaming up again to take on Safin, played by Rami Malek, who seems to be taking the Thanos villainous route, though not as high of a vanishing/kill count – we think.
Safin is a former assassin of Spectre, and is said to be the most cruel and sadistic nemesis Bond will find himself up against. In the trailer, we get the flashy, ridiculous gadgets reminiscent of the older Bond films, while giving us a setting grounded in realism with all that credible stunt work.
If the snippets of score you heard in the trailer sound familiar, that’s because Hans Zimmer is in charge of the soundtrack for the film, replacing American composer Dan Romer three months before the movie’s release.
No Time To Die will be the last time Daniel Craig does the whole James Bond song and dance, and while there are suggestions abound as to who should take on the role (we even have A.I coming in to offer its two cents), there hasn’t been an official casting decision made yet. Maybe the film might answer this question for us, who knows.
No Time To Die will be released November 12, 2020 for the UK, and November 20 for those in the US.
