As part of the Italy campaign in Company of Heroes 3, General Norton will recommend that you participate in the track meet at Potenza to raise morale, but it isn’t entirely clear how you should go about this.
To participate in the track meet in Company of Heroes 3, simply garrison a unit at Potenza for two turns, then claim your reward of free loyalty from General Norton.
If you have no units nearby, don’t worry as you seem to have forever to actually complete this side objective. Don’t also forget that you can select units to march to get closer faster, or airdrop them if they’re nearer an airport.
Unfortunately there’s no minigame for you actually take part in the track meet, but maybe they’re saving that for the next game.
