If you had eagerly tried to get your hands on Rise of Iron, one of the best Xbox One games out this week, you might have been rather annoyed to find that you couldn’t connect to it. The newest expansion for Destiny, and probably the last before a full sequel, was plagued by issues at launch due to player demand.

Despite having a year to prepare, Bungie couldn’t quite master the art of a successful launch, leaving plenty peeved and even more furious, especially when they were placed in neverending queues to play.
After plenty of hours of frustration, players are now able to actually play the game as the server issues have been resolved:
Issues that were preventing players from signing into Destiny resulting in Tapir errors have been resolved on all platforms.

In all honesty, that’s a pretty good turnover to a solution for server connectivity problems. Well done to Bungie for seemingly dropping everything and getting it sorted, although it arguably should have never happened in the first place.
