BioShock, Friday The 13th & More In This Spooky Humble Bundle

I‘ve just finished watching A Quiet Place so my toes absolutely refuse to uncurl and my asschecks do not want to unclench. I should probably avoid this horror game bundle over on Humble, then, or at least go for the lower tier and play them at a later date.

If you don’t know how Humble’s bundles work, you have three separate tiers with different prices. The entry tier is typically $1 and includes some of the less prestigious titles in the bundle, though they do have some gems. The middle tier is typically the average everyone pays and the third mostly offers the newest games with the most value.

The Humble Spooky Horror Bundle 2018 is mighty early, though you may need until Halloween to get through them all. The first tier, which will set you back $1, includes Layers of Fear, How To Survive 1 & 2, and White Noise 2. Any one of those games is worth a single dollar, so that’s a real steal right there.

DEAL: Humble Spooky Horror Bundle 2018

The middle tier is currently sitting at $6.99 and brings all the games on the previous tier alongside Detention, BioShock Remastered, and Yomawari: Night Alone. Really, the first tier is the more attractive tier compared to the middle one, because everyone’s played BioShock and its remastered PC version really is not great. Still, you know what to do if your Steam library needs new blood.

For $15, you get all of the games already mentioned as well as Dead By Daylight and Friday the 13th: The Game. The former is probably the better pick at this point in time; the Friday the 13th license is all over the place at the minute, so you can’t count on it to have updates if any at all.

This bundle is available for the next two weeks, which will still mean it’ll be a month short of Halloween. Weird timing, but heck, you may as well start getting yourself warmed up for the spooks anyway. If you want more games like these, we have a collection of the best horror games for you to take a look at. And please do: it’s very long and only like nine people have read it.
