Battlefield V’s Combined Arms Co-Op Mode Arriving Next Week

World War More To Do.

Battlefield V The Last Tiger

The one good thing about the whole games as a “live service” is that a game can become more valuable over time as it adds new content. Battlefield V could be one such example, as EA and DICE have announced that the co-op mode Combined Arms will launch as part of the ongoing Lightning Strikes chapter in their Tides of War live service.

Combined Arms was revealed ahead of the game’s launch, so those additional four month had better have been worth the wait. Up to four players can work together to tackle four unique mission types across four of the game’s multiplayer maps. Not much else is known about it, not even a precise date for when the update will launch, but here’s a brief teaser to get you by.

Whether this will be enough to coax players to the game remains to be seen. Meanwhile, BF V players are also still waiting on the Firestorm battle royale mode, which is scheduled to launch next month, though they might have all moved on to Apex Legends by then.
