Microsoft have left it quite late in the month to let us know what Games With Gold we can look forward to in April 2018, but now we finally know. Check out the tweet below from Major Nelson and get excited:

On April 1st, Xbox Live Gold members will be given access to The Witness and Cars 2: The Video Game, and then on April 16th, they’ll be able to download Asassin’s Creed: Syndicate and Dead Space 2.
As far as Games With Gold line-ups go, April 2018’s is probably one of the strongest, with no bad game on the list. The Witness is a well loved 3D puzzle game in the same vein as Myst, whilst Dead Space 2 and Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate are both great entries in their respective franchises. Even Cars 2 is a decent arcade racer. All in all, there’s nothing to complain about here, unless you already own all these games.
