If the news of Negan and Julia getting a release date for Tekken 7 isn’t enough fighting game DLC news for you, it’s been revealed that Amy will be the next DLC character joining the Soulcalibur VI roster. Check out her announcement trailer below.
Amy is a rapier user like Raphael, but fortunately the trailer above shows there’s enough difference in their movesets to make Amy a more unique character than she has been in games past. Amy will be joining the Soulcalibur VI roster with a new Soul Chronicle story chapter dedicated to her, along with her outfit as a creation item. No solid release date has been confirmed for Amy yet, but she looks ready enough. She also lends credence to the leak from earlier in the year that confirmed both Amy and Cassandra as DLC characters.
Speaking of creation items, some new items have been added to the game for free as part of patch 1.20, but a new DLC package will be dropping tomorrow that will add over 60 new items and music from both Soul Edge/Soul Blade and Soulcalibur. Both the creation DLC and Amy will be available as part of the Season Pass.
