World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth Launching This Summer

World of Warcraft will be getting a little bigger this year with the release of Battle for Azeroth expansion, which is set to arrive this summer and is currently available to pre-order.

As you can tell from the epic cinematic trailer, Battle for Azeroth will focus on the ongoing conflict between the Alliance and Horde. You’ll have to declare your allegiance to one of the two factions, you’d better start brushing up on your Warcraft lore in order to make an informed decision. Each of the two faction will contain three playable races, including Highmountain Tauren, Lightforged Draenei, Void Elves, and the Nightborne.

Blizzard are also offering special perks to those who pre-order Battle for Azeroth, including a level 110 character boost. The expansion will be available in standard, digital, and digital deluxe editions, with the details on the variations of the three versions being available on Blizzard’s website.

World of Warcraft was originally released in 2004, and has since gone on to become of the most successful MMORPGs of all time, with over 100 million registered accounts.
