LawBreakers, the frenetic multiplayer shooter from Nexon that has been (liberally) compared to Overwatch, is getting an open beta soon.
If you don’t want to twiddle your thumbs on the 28th of July when the beta officially kicks off, however, you can pre-load it right now from the PlayStation Store. It isn’t immediately obvious in the storefront, so just search for LawBreakers and it will appear in the results.
No PlayStation Plus subscription is required to access the beta, which will run until the 31st of July.
An open beta is also coming to PC during the same timeframe with both platforms getting their own unique challenge. PC players have to play at least three matches within four hours to win a shot at a replica Aerator Rifle or an Nvidia 1080ti Graphics Card. PS4 players, meanwhile, can win a custom LawBreakers console through using the #LBBetaPS4 and #SkilledAF hashtags, though if I see you using the latter hashtag, I will hunt you off the face of the planet.
