The Beginning After The End, otherwise known as TBATE, is a high fantasy web comic and web novel published on the website Tapas. Following the story of a famous warrior who finds himself reincarnated, the story is written by Brandon Lee, otherwise known as his pen name TurtleMe. The web novel was first released at the start of 2017 and due to its popularity got its comic adaptation in July of 2018, illustrated by Duta Permana, more recognised under their pen name Fuyuki23.
Currently the web comic for The Beginning After The End has a total of 27 million views on Tapas and the novel has 21.9 million views, with many more millions of views on other websites. Due to its popularity as a successful web series, surely a The Beginning After The End anime would be in the works.

Despite how well regarded the web novel and comic are, there is so far no word on an anime adaptation for The Beginning After The End. At the time of writing this, there is no public announcements from the original creators or any would-be studios/ producers about one happening.
What Is The Beginning After The End About?
The story follows the mighty King Grey, or more specifically his reincarnation. After waking up in the body of a boy called Arthur Leywin, he determined that he may have been assassinated in a previous life. On a new continent called Dicathen, surrounded by a new family, Arthur decides to live his life differently to his previous one – he wants to live a life where he is loved and supported by his friends and family. However, as the story progresses, the newfound peace that Arthur desires may not be as easy a goal to obtain as he thought, as there may be a deeper reason behind his reincarnation.

There are only guesses as to who could make the anime adaptation, as nothing is yet confirmed.

Where Will The Beginning After The End Be Aired?
Though there is no news on the The Beginning After The End anime, you can still read the novel and webcomic on Tapas or Amazon Kindle. The series is still ongoing and if you go on Tapas, the novel is a Wait for Free series, which basically means you have to wait 24 hours before you can read the next chapter. But don’t worry. At the time of writing this, the first volume is completely free to read with no waiting times.
The first thirty chapters of the webcomic are also available for free without any waiting times either, though there are some minor differences in the adaptation, so if you want the full story, go with the novel first.
