Behaviour Interactive have made their name off the back of the incredibly successful Dead By Daylight, but it’s no surprise that they’re now looking towards doing something new. During today’s Behaviour Beyond livestream, the company announced they’d be collaborating with Lunarch Studios, a Canadian indie developer, to create Project S, a currently untitled open world puzzle game set to launch in 2023.
Project promises to be an open world adventure with quests, rewards and new abilities to find, but instead of battering monsters, you’ll find puzzles, solve riddles and ultimately flex your brainpower more than your button mashing capabilities. Both the world and the puzzles you’ll discover have been handcrafted by the developers themselves, so there’ll be plenty of secrets and unique locations.
Though it’s set for release next year, Project S does still seem to be in the early to middle stages of development, but the idea of a open world puzzle game that you can enjoy with multiple friends simultaneously sounds fantastic. Sure, that might be because I’m smooth brained and need the help of others in order to solve puzzles, but we don’t need to go into that, okay?
