Demon Turf, the latest 3D platformer from Fabraz and Playtonic Friends, is a bit of a hard nut to crack. 3D platformers are known for escalating difficulties, which can make gauging how long completing a game in this genre harder than it might otherwise be. Still, we’re here to give you the information you need on how long it’ll take to finish Demon Turf.
Demon Turf Main Story Length
If you’re looking to reach the ending of Demon Turf as quickly as possible, while collecting most of the items you can from each of the game’s 63 levels (1 tutorial level, 29 main levels, 28 “return trip” levels with harder obstacles and different collectibles and 5 boss fights), you’re looking at about 12-15 hours. This includes collecting all the cakes and lollipops offered in those levels, which can be spend on mods and cosmetics respectively. Between the 57 core levels (boss fights and finale level not included), you only need to finish 51 levels, but that’ll save you maybe an hour, tops.
Demon Turf Collectibles & Optional Content
The real time commitment comes if you want to try and 100% complete Demon Turf, which means you’ll have to finish every level and collect everything, but also complete the “Trophy” requirement for all eligible levels, which means finishing the level in the fastest time possible. You can complete these Trophy time trials after collecting everything else, meaning you won’t be distracting yourself with floating pick-ups, but it often means you’re playing through every level at least twice.
On top of all of that, you’ll also be tasked with completing the photography challenges, which require finding set areas in certain levels and taking pictures, the Super Soccer Golf minigame, where you guide a ball to the goal, hard platforming challenges in both the Arcade and Trials mode, along with the combat arenas. There’s a lot to do to get that 100%, meaning you’ll be spending somewhere between 30-50 hours finishing everything.
Demon Turf Achievements & Trophies
The achievement and trophy list for Demon Turf is fortunate in the sense that all of them are tied to obtaining 100% completion. You’ll have to finish every level, complete every side quest/objective and collect all the pick-ups, along with purchasing all the cosmetics and mods in the game, in order to receive every achievement/trophy in the game.
