No Brakes Games, d3t and Curve Digital have announced that there will be a new level coming to Human: Fall Flat across all platforms. The level was the winning entry the Worldwide Workshop Competition, where players were able to create their own levels around a “Sports Day” theme. You can check out the winning level, Golf, for yourself below.
Created by Simon Isacsson Andersen, also known as ‘PrinceS’, Golf is exactly what you’d expect, transporting players to an oversized golf course filled with massive clubs, contraptions and a host of silly physics shenanigans. PrinceS will win $10,000 for his creation, and the level will be added to the main campaign of the game for PC and console players in the coming months. That said, if PC players can’t wait, they can easily download the level via Steam Workshop.
With the announcement of the previous Worldwide Workshop Competition winner comes the reveal that there will be another competition for creators to enter. The theme for this competition is “The Great Outdoors”, and players have until June 7th to submit their creations via Steam Workshop. Like last time, the winner will receive $10,000 and their level will be added to Human: Fall Flat’s main campaign.
While the news of a new Human: Fall Flat level is certainly cause for celebration in its own right, the fact that No Brakes Games, d3t and Curve Digital are taking the time and money to support those who create content for the game, and spotlighting their creations for those who might not have access to the PC version, is absolutely fantastic.
