On Friday, April 27th, we’re going to see some history. Post-Wrestlemania blues season will be thrown aside this year when WWE makes their tour of Saudi Arabia, as they have just confirmed a staggering 50-man Royal Rumble match to take place on one of their live events.
Featuring pretty much everyone you can imagine from the main event scene, including: John Cena, Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and a certain Cerebral Assassin turned COO. This match is destined to be one of the most stacked and fantastical Rumble matches of all time.

Very little detail has been revealed so far, will this Rumble have any implications on the post-Mania title pictures? Or is this just for funsies? Either way, I am very excited at the idea of adding an extra 20 guys on top of the 30 we saw this past January. This should not only make way for a handful of NXT cameos, but also a chance for talent from Saudi Arabia to get some global exposure.
Rumours are floating that this event will be broadcast live on the Network, although there isn’t currently any confirmation of that. I’d expect more information to come a little closer to April.
