10 Chambers Collective’s GTFO Will Always Change With “The Rundown”

10 Chambers Collective have announced that their upcoming co-op shooter GTFO will replace old levels with new ones on a semi-regular basis while the game is in Early Access on Steam.

Going by the name of “The Rundown”, players will be able to choose from different levels on increasingly difficult tiers. You are trapped within the Complex by The Warden and are looking for an escape. The deeper down you go, the harder things become.

The Rundown is also on a timer, meaning that when time’s up, your current objectives will be swapped out, with the monsters and situations potentially drastically changing with each wipe.

Ulf Andersson, founder of 10 Chambers Collective, said: “GTFO’s Early Access phase will be exciting – we will test this Rundown concept: How many expeditions should be in a Rundown versus how long it lasts, what kinds of flavors different expedition can have, etcetera. It will be a period of trials and experimentation that we think will be very interesting for the hardcore co-op gamer crowd who also want to follow the game’s development closely”,

An FPS co-op with a heavy dose of horror, GTFO will be hoping to capture the intensity of the final stand of Aliens when it launches in Steam on Early Access sometime later in 2019. You can sign up to take part in the beta over on the official website.

With limited ammo at your disposal, fiendish beasties to contend with and a heavy emphasis on teamwork, GTFO looks like it might be one of the year’s most interesting new shooters.
