Unfortunately, Yashahime: Season 3 has no official release date.
Furthermore, it’s unclear if a third season will happen at all. After all, the series was met with somewhat negative criticism, saying that the writing and plot aren’t up to par with Inuyasha. This could’ve impacted the studio’s decision to renew the series, killing all hopes for Yashahime: Season 3.
Nonetheless, it’s possible the show could return in a Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood manner. Since Yashahime was initially an anime original, it had no source material to work with. But now, a manga adaptation has been released, which is already regarded by fans as way better than the anime. With that, Bandai Namco Filmworks could decide to reboot the show and follow the manga in the future.
Still, as of now, there’s no news regarding any Yashahime-related projects coming soon.

Since Yashahime: Season 3 isn’t released, it is not available on any platforms in the US. The best you can do is rewatch the previous seasons or read the manga. If you’re in the US, you can watch Yashahime: Seasons 1 and 2 on Funimation, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and Crunchyroll.
