WWE News: Two Huge Matches Announced For Raw and SummerSlam

WWE recently announced two massive matches affecting tonight’s episode of Raw and the upcoming Summerslam PPV.

Firstly, it seems that the feud which nobody expected to enjoy as much as they have is coming to its close. BRRAUNN and Reigns are set to go one on one in a Last Man Standing match on Raw this week.

Having already had several fantastic singles matches, as well as a dramatic show-stealing ambulance match at Extreme Rules, adding on this conclusive stipulation is bound to wind things down between them going into the Fatal 4-Way at Summerslam.

Both BRRAUNN and Roman have excelled as of late, proving that they have great chemistry both inside the ring while creating innovative backstage tussles. This is undoubtedly the ideal stipulation for their feud-ending bout. I for one am very much looking forward to seeing them two take the main event spot this week, in what should be another episode of Raw worth tuning in for.

Secondly, WWE have confirmed that The Usos will be challenging The New Day at SummerSlam in a rematch for the Smackdown Live Tag Championships. Having the undeniably best match on the Battleground card, it’s natural for them to have another crack at each other on an A PPV.

The tag title scene has been pretty great recently, mostly down to The Usos’ energised performances as a top heel duo, and their in-ring performances against The New Day have revived faith in their places at the top of the division. This SummerSlam rematch is definitely one to be excited for, if it’s anything like their last match.
