Dominik Mysterio is not only the son of Rey but a burgeoning star in his own right, and he’s an unlockable character in WWE 2K22, making his WWE 2K debut in the process. It’s not easy to unlock the cruiserweight, though.
To unlock Dominik Mysterio in WWE 2K22, players must defeat all opponents and complete all of the objectives in every match in Rey Mysterio’s Showcase mode. This amounts to 11 matches in total.
Then, a bonus match will unlock: Rey & Dominik Mysterio vs Seth Rollins & Murphy at Payback 2020. Defeat Rollins & Buddy and complete all objectives to finally unlock Dominik Mysterio, as well as two attires: his current attire, as well as what he wore at Payback 2020.
Dominik Mysterio is rated 79, and it a high flyer cruiserweight. Is he worth all the effort to unlock him? We’ll let you decide, but playing through Rey’s career is fun enough on its own without the bonuses.
