The mightily mysterious Death Stranding from Kojima Productions has just had new footage showcased at The Game Awards 2017.

There’s a lot of wild shit to unpack here, but it’s worth noting that this is the first time dialogue has been shared from Death Stranding to date. It certainly seems like it has some pretty big horror elements, but who knows what the heck it will be until it lands. Even Norman Reedus didn’t seem too sure, but at least we learnt that his character’s name is Sam. It’s a start.
Oh, and the baby shows up again. Shame he couldn’t bring some gameplay footage or a release date with him, but these things take if your game is going to be as imaginative as this.
Death Stranding is a PS4 exclusive.
