Senior staff at WhatCulture are departing for other endeavours, the website and YouTube giant has announced.
Adam Blampied, Adam Pacitti, Ross Tweddell, Sam Driver, and Jack King will leave the company in the coming weeks. In a letter to fans, WhatCulture promised that they would “freshen up” the experience with new channels and shows to come shortly.

Understandably, the WhatCulture community is upset by the news – those talents were more or less the beating heart of WhatCulture Wrestling.
I’m out then. Enjoy whatculture but they were a huge reason. pic.twitter.com/ASObzWkRcK

Uuuh well @WhatCultureWWE is straight up dead then. Watched it for those personalities, not the content itself.

Since the announcement, WhatCulture Wrestling has seen an 8000 net loss in subscribers, according to SocialBlade. The numbers continue to dwindle if viewed in real-time.
It’s not a massive dip, but an inevitable one all the same. The departing staff are beloved and most of the reason why people clicked the subscribe button in the first place. How they even hope to replace them is going to be interesting to watch, though it is almost certainly not going to be the death of WhatCulture as some are saying.
