Vermintide 2 Headlines The New Xbox Game Pass Games For July 2018

Vermintide 2

After a bit of a conservative June, Microsoft have revealed what Game Pass subscribers have to look forward to in July 2018 and, mother mercy, it’s a good one. It may even be the best update yet for the service.

The headlining act is Warhammer: Vermintide 2, which launches on Xbox One on July 11th and is added to Game Pass at the same time. That means that if you’re a subscriber, you’re receiving Vermintide off the bat. It’s been out on PC for a while and is a wholly good time if you don’t like rats.

Elsewhere, Fallout 3 and Oblivion are being added with it appearing that Bethesda and Microsoft will be sharing a good relationship after the introduction of Fallout 4 to the service at E3 2018.

Here are the games in full; be warned that these won’t necessarily be available forever and ever:

1st July

Fallout 3

DiRT 4
Zombie Army Trilogy
ABZU
Shadow Complex Remastered
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
Fallout 3
Human Fall Flat

10th July

Bomber Crew

Bomber Crew

11th July

Vermintide 2

Warhammer: Vermintide 2

If you aren’t familar with Game Pass, it allows you to download from a vault of games for a fee each month; it’s quite similar to EA Access. Be sure to check out how it stacks up against the best gaming subscription services here. Spoiler: it’s definitely better than PlayStation Now.
