Be’lakor, the first Daemon Prince, is the main antagonist of Total War: Warhammer 3’s Realm of Chaos campaign. They’ve imprisoned Kislev’s dying Bear-God, Ursun, and schemes to use Ursun’s power to become a new fully-fledged God of Chaos. Here’s how to recruit Be’lakor’s services in Warhammer 3.
The first step to unlocking Be’lakor is to play through the Realm of Chaos as any faction – collect the souls of four Daemon Prince Champions, find a path to the Forge of Souls, and engage in the final climactic Survival Battle to thwart Be’lakor’s transformation. Once you have successfully defeated Be’lakor and their supporting forces, the campaign will conclude with a few cutscenes and present the player with the option of wrapping up the campaign or continuing.
The Chaos Gods are a playful bunch, with Tzeentch, the especially cunning one offering Be’lakor their physical body back, but with a twist: Be’lakor must serve the faction that bested them in combat.
When players are presented with the option to finish their campaign or continue, select continue and Be’lakor will appear as a level 20 army commander, ready for action at your faction’s capital. Though by this point there is no more narrative progression, players are free to harness Be’lakor’s skill and power to paint the map in their color and become masters of the world.
Be’lakor is quite the imposing villain with endless schemes to overthrow their masters. And now you, as the player, can harness that Daemonic power for your own ends and desires.
