Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan Mysteriously Pulled From Sale

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan

What’s going on here, you ask? Activision being Activision or something deeper?

Despite only being released last year, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan has been pulled from Steam, Xbox Games Store and PSN.

Platinum, who have a track record of delivering great action games, developed the licensed title, though it didn’t quite get the reception anyone would have liked. It’s sat on a measly 44% on Metacritic, but that might not be the reason why it’s not available to buy digitally anymore.

Activision have been withdrawing a few of their licensed games from storefronts lately, most notably with The Amazing Spider-Man and its sequel, which, again, are hardly critical darlings.

Whatever the reasons, whether it’s down to expiring licenses or just plain embarrassment, you can still pick up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan in physical form from places like Amazon.
