A surprise hit for our television screens this year, Luke Cage proved to be yet another match made in heaven between Netflix and Marvel.
A strong moral compass, decent writing, and one of the most likable bad guys on TV in 2016 helped Luke Cage to become one yet another hit on the streaming, so much so that Netflix seemed to go down for a brief period because of the surge in popularity.
Its renewal for a second season was never a sure thing, but Marvel have just revealed that it might be a sweet Christmas with a teaser for more Cage.

No news on a release date, but that’s to be expected: both The Defenders and Jessica Jones are ahead in the queue.
