Fans of D-Generation X and The Attitude Era will be pleased to hear the many tales and insights that Shawn Michaels has to offer, alongside commentary mainstays Corey Graves, Tom Phillips and Byron Saxton.
HBK has found himself more and more involved with WWE over the past few years. Not only as a coach over at the Performance Center, but now taking on the role of an experienced play-by-play announcer. Let’s just hope this doesn’t lead to another brief in-ring run like it did last year.
Shawn confirmed on social media that he’d be in attendance for this Monday’s Raw Reunion episode, before making his commentary debut the following evening. Perhaps this is another ploy by Fox to help generate more of a viewership for their latest acquisition. Surely having a legend like Shawn Michaels as a regular on television would bring back a handful of fans looking for a spot of nostalgia. Either way, it’ll be great to see him back on our screens again.
