Crystal Dimitrescu is a very valuable treasure in Resident Evil Village that is available after you beat Lady Dimitrescu during the castle section of the game.
When sold to The Duke, Crystal Dimitrescu will net you a huge 25000 Lei in return, making it one of the best ways of getting money quick in Village, along with all of the other Lord treasures. 25000 Lei is more than enough to nearly fully upgrade a weapon, as well as to buy some of the recipes from The Duke.
As Crystal Dimitrescu serves no real purpose, simply sell it as soon as you meet The Duke again, which should be just a few minutes after the Dimitrescu boss fight.
