Luiza’s Necklace is a key item in Resident Evil Village that is available after you return to Luiza’s House following the castle section of the game.
However, as a key item, it doesn’t actually do anything or have any real use, unlike most of the others in the game which usually act as keys for puzzles and so on. Until you examine it and pluck the Necklace Stone from it.
You can then take the Necklace Stone to The Duke and sell it for 8000 Lei, making it one of the best valuables in the game that you don’t earn off of bosses. That’s enough for an upgrade and a couple of ammo.
The Neckalce Stone doesn’t seem to serve any other purpose in Resident Evil Village, so be sure to sell it to The Duke when next you cross his path.
