Want to grind up your skills in Project Zomboid but didn’t watch the television while civilisation was still mostly intact? Here’s every VHS tape in the game that gives you XP, as at the launch of Build 42.
NOTE: you will stop receiving XP gains from VHS tapes once you reach Level 3 in that specific skill. So, if you have Level 3 Carpentry, there is no point watching Woodcraft. This was a change for Build 42.

Remember to read a skill book before you watch a VHS to maximise your XP gains. You can find skill books in schools and book stores most reliably in Zomboid, but they are also available in random homes. The Aiming I book will gives you a boost for level 1-2 in Aiming, then Aiming II will boost you for 3-4, and so on.
Also, do bear in mind that you will need electricity and a “modern” TV to watch VHS tapes in Project Zomboid. Be sure to turn your TV off if you’re running a generator to save a bunch of electricity.
