In a case of extreme bad luck for anyone wanting to grind their way to glory in Destiny 2, PSN is currently undergoing a wobbly patch for some players.
The connectivity issues are worldwide but are only affecting certain players. I was able to connect fine, but plenty are reporting trouble with logging in and getting online to play games. NEOGaf members are reporting mixed results.
Here’s PlayStation Network’s current status:
“Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience.”
Everything else appears to be working fine.
The large amount of players currently trying to enjoy Destiny 2 might be a factor, but it’s hard to tell without official confirmation. PSN often goes down because of the lightest of breezes, so it’s ultimately neither here nor there.
