According to figures recently released by Sony, the Playstation 4 has been dominating the market as of late, outselling the Xbox One by 2:1.
The figures relate to the first quarter of the company’s financial year and highlight how 3 million consoles were sold in that time, up a great deal from Xbox One’s and Xbox 360’s combined 1.4 million over the same amount of time.

It is also reported that total Playstation 4 sales amount to 25 million in its two years of release, already a quarter of what the Playstation 3 managed to shift over its entire lifetime from first release in 2006. Unsurprisingly, this has contributed to Sony posting profits across all its divisions.
