Overwatch’s Doomfist Fully Released Next Week On PC, Xbox One & PS4

The fist runs loose next week as Overwatch’s biggest post-launch playable characters gets a full release on PC and consoles.

Arriving July 27th, Doomfist has previously been confined to the PC version of the game and its PTR: essentially Overwatch’s testing grounds for new heroes and content. Come next Thursday, though, everyone will be able to get a good fisting.

Doomfist’s main attack will -obviously- come from his gigantic fist. Imagine after all that build that Blizzard revealed his USP was kicking people in the shin’s instead. He will also come with a short-range handcannon, the meteor strike ult, and not the voice of Terry Crews.

With Doomfist now set to be released in the wild, which long-standing teases can Blizzard turn to next to keep the hype levels afloat? A zombified Tekhartha Mondatta? A roided-up version of Ganymede? Tell us your suggestions in the comments below and let us know what you think of Doomfist while you’re there.
